Joseph Edelstein, MBA

Business Consultant and Founder

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, Joe has always had a passion for finance and business. After graduating from Iowa State University Ivy School of Business and receiving his Master of Business Administration from Drake University, Joe jumped into the wild world of banking. Spending nearly a decade in the industry Joe served in many capacities helping small business owners. Through his time as a Business Banker and Bank Branch Management he helped hundreds of small businesses grow and achieve their business dreams. Earning many sales and service awards during his tenure Joe created a culture of success for himself, his team and most importantly his clients.

After many successful years in retail banking Joe joined a Strategic Initiatives team as a Performance Coach and Consultant. In this role Joe worked hand in hand with senior bank leadership to analyze company data and determine routes of best direction for the teams he supported. His position was centered around increasing sales, reducing costs, employee development, and maximizing the profitability of the company as a whole. Through his knowledge and expertise Joe was able to help develop fresh sales strategies, guide and train management teams, build a customer centered sales culture, advise on market changes, develop onboarding programs, coach and consult sales teams, and spearhead and direct initiative deployments.

Aside from his career, Joe is an entrepreneur himself. Having business ventures in real estate, construction, and consulting he is no stranger to the intricacies and struggles of owning/running a business. As a self-appointed "Jack of most things" he loves to learn new ways of doing things, build knowledge in all areas of life, and develop skills that can help him be a better consultant and entrepreneur. Joe is passionate about the continuous improvement and success of every business he helps. Through his out of the box thinking and customer centric approach he wants to help your business thrive in any industry or market conditions.
